At Ilustrastudios, we know that a great cosplay should not only look amazing, but also be comfortable to wear for hours. That’s why we offer in our shop the same foam padding material we use in our workshop for professional commissions.

This material combines three critical layers: a high-density foam base for cushioning, a soft black lycra outer layer for comfortable contact with the skin, and a powerful self-adhesive backing so you can forget about external glues.

• Clean Finish: The lycra layer hides the foam's porosity, giving the inside of your pieces a professional factory-made appearance.
• Extreme Adhesion: Its industrial-grade adhesive bonds firmly to plastics, resins, EVA foam, and metal.
• Time Saving: Cut, peel, and stick. No drying times and no contact cement fumes.

Thickness Guide:

• 3 mm: Ideal for precision fitting and lining the interior of tight helmets or gauntlets.
• 6 mm: The standard choice for most armor pieces (shoulders, greaves, chest armor). Provides excellent comfort.
• 10 mm: Maximum protection. Perfect for large helmets, heavy areas, or creating muscular volume beneath fabric.

Available Sizes:

• 400 x 250 mm: Perfect for helmets, shoulder armor, or smaller pieces.
• 500 x 780 mm: Ideal format for chest armor, greaves, or complete armor sets.
