This project stems from the search for a completely original Yautja aesthetic, far removed from traditional filmography, to create a unique, original piece. It is a complete, highly engineered set comprised of the head sculpt, handcrafted dreadlocks, and the bio-mask.

The head has been specifically designed to function as a structural support, allowing for a perfect fit of the mask and guaranteeing an imposing presence for both display and high-level cosplay. A personal vision that takes the concept of the intergalactic hunter to a new level of detail.

Exclusive project designed for DJ Lord. The brief called for an aggressive, high-impact aesthetic: a fiercely expressive, skeletal jaw with prominent fangs.

To achieve maximum realism, each tooth was individually sculpted, ensuring a perfect, anatomical fit within the bone structure. Functionality was key to the design: we integrated a system of hidden grilles that allow for optimal stage ventilation while completely concealing the interior. The piece was finished with a chrome-effect finish.

The piece has been optimized for mold making and subsequent manufacturing in flexible rubber, allowing for complete mobility without losing the rigid aesthetic of the original material. It is the essential component for those seeking a top-level, professional cosplay finish.

This project, developed exclusively for the artist Marasmo, evolves his visual identity towards a more technical and disruptive aesthetic. The core of the piece is a custom-designed halfshell incorporating a system of removable bear ears secured by neodymium magnets, allowing for versatility on stage. The ensemble is completed with an integrated technical lycra hood, handcrafted and decorated with piercings, chains, and industrial jewelry. This design fuses prop engineering with the most aggressive urban fashion, guaranteeing a unique visual impact in every performance.

"DJ I'm Happy brought us an idea to improve the mask he used in his sets. We wanted to make him something custom that didn't lose its essence, but was much more professional. We made him a full helmet in two pieces that holds together with magnets for practicality, and we put black grids in the eyes to give it that depth you see in the eye sockets without it bothering him while performing."

In this project, we developed a technical solution for the character Blitz: large-scale horns manufactured using 3D modeling. The main challenge was functionality, which we solved with an integrated neodymium magnet attachment system. Thanks to the technical headband secured with hidden elastic straps, we achieved total stability and instant assembly, allowing the cosplayer to disassemble the pieces in seconds for easy transport without sacrificing safety during use.

This project was a design exercise to see what a Roman helmet would look like in a technological future. We worked on a highly detailed design, blending classical forms with a futuristic aesthetic. For the final finish, we opted for a complex piece breakdown, combining resin in the more detailed areas and filament for the main structure, always striving for the cleanest possible result.

This was a special commission for DJ Otaku-San from Puerto Rico. He gave us the design of his own manga character, and the challenge was to bring it to life in the real world. Instead of making a single piece, we decided to 3D model it in parts, like an anime figure you might have on your shelf. It was a very detailed process to ensure the pieces were clean and looked natural.

This helmet originated as a free design from the studio for those seeking a ready-made piece without the custom order process. It features an aggressive, two-piece design, with the rear section secured magnetically for easy attachment. We've added black mesh to the mouth and eye sockets to give it a dark and deep look, while maintaining excellent ventilation and visibility.
