📦 Shipping Policy – ILUSTRASTUDIOS

At ILUSTRASTUDIOS, we ship both nationally and internationally using trusted carriers to ensure that every handcrafted piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Below you will find information about our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and important considerations.

⚡ Processing & Production Times

  • In-Stock Products (Cosplay Shop / Materials): If you place your order before 10:00 AM (Spanish mainland time), we will attempt to process and dispatch it on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Made-to-Order Products (Props): As these are handcrafted items, they require a production period. The estimated manufacturing time is indicated on each product page.

Important Note: Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday). No shipments are dispatched on weekends or Spanish public holidays.

🇪🇸 Domestic Shipping (Spain)

We use Correos (Paq Estándar) for deliveries within Spain.

📦 Rates & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping (up to 5 kg): €7.00
  • Oversized Shipping (over 6 kg): €10.00

Service Information

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress through the Correos website.
  • Delivery Attempts: The service includes two delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will remain available for collection at the nearest Correos office for 15 calendar days.

🇪🇺 European Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

1. FedEx Ground (Economy)

  • 🚚 Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

2. UPS Express (Urgent)

  • ⚡ Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

🌍 International Shipping (Outside the European Union)

We work with trusted international carriers:

  • FedEx Connect
  • UPS Express
  • DHL Express (depending on destination)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 📦 FedEx Connect: 5–10 business days
  • ⚡ Express Services (UPS / DHL): 2–6 business days

All shipments include tracking.

🧾 Customs Duties, Taxes & Declared Value

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

👉 These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For international shipments:

  • We are legally required to declare the actual value of the goods being shipped.
  • The declared value may affect import duties and taxes assessed by customs authorities in the destination country.

If additional shipping insurance is purchased:

  • Insurance coverage will be based on the declared shipment value.
  • If you are unsure about import costs in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

📦 Packaging

All orders are carefully packed using professional packaging materials and appropriate protective measures to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition.

🔍 Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.
