DP2 Model Kit – Half Shell & Full Shell

Take your cosplay to the next level with our DP2 Model Kit, designed for those who want to build and assemble their own mask using professional-quality components.

The kit includes the main components needed to create your own DP2 mask, including a 3D-printed shell, magnetic lens system, professionally sewn hood and interior padding.

Available in two versions: Half Shell and Full Shell.

🔹 Half Shell

The Half Shell version leaves the lower jaw area free and uses a flexible chin prosthetic, creating a more natural transition between the shell and the face.

🔹 Full Shell

The Full Shell version provides a complete structure around the head, including the jaw area.

Both versions use our professional DP2 hood and magnetic lens system.

What Does the Model Kit Include?

DP2 Half Shell

• 3D-printed Half Shell in Matte PLA
• 3D-printed lenses in Matte PLA
• White-coated stainless steel mesh
• 12 neodymium magnets, 6 × 2 mm, for the magnetic lens system
• Flexible rubber chin prosthetic
• Professional DP2 hood, fully sewn
• Interior padding for adjusting the shell to your head

DP2 Full Shell

• 3D-printed Full Shell in Matte PLA
• 3D-printed lenses in Matte PLA
• White-coated stainless steel mesh
• 12 neodymium magnets, 6 × 2 mm, for the magnetic lens system
• Professional DP2 hood, fully sewn
• Interior padding for adjusting the shell to your head

Build Your Own Mask

The DP2 Model Kit is supplied unassembled, allowing you to assemble and finish the mask yourself.

You will need to install the magnets and lens mesh, position the interior padding, adjust the different components and attach the hood to the shell.

For the Half Shell version, you will also need to install and adjust the chin prosthetic.

This format allows you to customize the assembly and final fit of the mask according to your preferences.

📏 Fit & Customization

Standard Size

Suitable for head circumferences between 54 cm and 62 cm (21.3–24.4 in).

The interior padding allows for minor adjustments to achieve a comfortable and secure fit.

Custom Sizes

If you require a different size, we can manufacture the shell according to your measurements.
