Interior padding for cosplay masks

Why pad a cosplay mask?

Interior padding serves several fundamental functions:

The material we use

Depending on the project, we use different thicknesses:

• 3 mm → small adjustments and light comfort
• 6 mm → standard padding
• 10 mm → areas needing more support or separation
