Withdrawal rights - ilustrastudios

Customer and user information template document on withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the products sold by ILUSTRASTUDIOS.

Please note that you may not exercise this right in the following cases:

Customized products, which have been manufactured according to the consumer’s exact specifications
Goods with an imminent expiry date or a high probability of deterioration within a short period of time
Products that have been altered after purchase, which have been mixed with other products in such a way that it is impossible to separate them or to differentiate which is one and which is the other
Sealed goods that were purchased and are attempted to be returned without the security seal
Products or services with a variable amount, which is set according to market prices and whose fluctuations cannot be predicted and which fluctuate during the withdrawal period
Products purchased at public auctions
Daily newspapers, except in cases where the return is contractually accepted, e.g. in the case of subscriptions
Items on which repairs have been carried out for which the business has supplied goods other than standard spare parts or provided services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer
Content in digital format for the enjoyment of which the consumer has given prior consent, certifying that he withdraws his right of withdrawal
Services that have been fully realized, for the enjoyment of which the consumer has given prior consent certifying that he withdraws his right of withdrawal once the service started
Accommodation services planned for a specific date, provided that their function is not to serve as a dwelling

You also have the option of electronically completing and submitting the withdrawal form template or any other unequivocal statement via our website [insert e-mail address]. If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay through a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, if the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, it is deemed sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated a different means; in any case, you will not incur in any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

In order to return the goods, you may return or deliver the goods directly to ILUSTRASTUDIOS S.L., at Calle Monovar, 60, nave 1, 03206, Elche (Alicante), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period.

In the event that, after having purchased our products via the website, you do not offer to bear the cost of returning the goods and said goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post in a normal fashion, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We remind you that you are the only party liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them differently than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
