The delivery time is usually three working weeks, depending on the destination population and the chosen method of payment. This term is understood as long as the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.

Delivery will be considered done at the time the carrier has made the products available to the user and the user, or the person delegated by him, or any employee of the company, or resident of the home, who has signed the receipt document of Delivery.
